Own the end-to-end shape of the receiving box-scan flow and the production scheduling calendar. Browser-side first (vanilla JS today, migrating to React 19 in 2026), backend in Node + Postgres. Real workflows, real audit trails.

The customer-facing portal is the surface our customers' customers see every day. Polish the multi-shipment dashboard, the production order request flow, and the global search. Strong JS, accessibility, and an eye for tight, low-key visual design.

Compliance & Reporting Lead

Own the stamp-accounting and CRA-filing modules. You've worked in excise / customs / regulated logistics and can read a CRA bulletin. You'll work directly with engineering to translate regulation into reports our customers ship to their auditors.

Customer Success Manager · Distributors

Onboard new distributor customers, run their quarterly compliance reviews, capture feature requests for the roadmap. Calm, organised, and good with operators. You'll spend ~1 day a month inside customer warehouses.

Lead 90-day implementations for Enterprise customers — data migration from legacy WMS, custom report templates, SSO setup, integration with carrier and accounting systems. Comfortable in CSV, SQL, REST, and a warehouse floor.

Security Engineer (Contract → FT)

Help us drive SOC 2 Type II to completion (target Q3 2026), harden the auth layer (move from in-app password hashing to a managed identity provider), run our vulnerability disclosure program. Starts as 6-month contract with intent to convert.

30-min intro call

One of our founders. Mutual interview — what you want, what we want, and whether the role is a fit before either of us invests more time.

Technical / craft conversation (60 min)

For engineers: a real problem from our codebase to talk through, no whiteboard riddles. For non-engineering roles: a structured deep-dive on a recent project.

Take-home, paid

Optional but encouraged for senior roles. ~4 hours of work, paid at CA$100/hr, with feedback either way. We don't keep what you build.

Reference + offer

Two reference calls, then an offer with the salary band, equity grant, and start date. We aim to get from first email to offer in under three weeks.
